Authentication Issues

If you see sign-in loops or unauthorized responses:

  • Sign out and sign back in.
  • Verify you are in the intended account.
  • Retry the same flow from a clean tab.

Invite Issues

Invite links can be revoked, already accepted, or invalid. Ask workspace owner to resend invite when in doubt.

Upload Issues

Accepted media types:

  • PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP, PDF

Max size:

  • 10 MB per file

Preview Recovery

Recommended sequence:

  1. Check status.
  2. Restart preview.
  3. Reload chat page.
  4. Retry after startup stabilizes.

Export Recovery

  • Confirm preview is running.
  • Confirm project/chat context is valid.
  • Re-run export after preview health recovers.
