Authentication Issues
If you see sign-in loops or unauthorized responses:
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Verify you are in the intended account.
- Retry the same flow from a clean tab.
Invite Issues
Invite links can be revoked, already accepted, or invalid. Ask workspace owner to resend invite when in doubt.
Upload Issues
Accepted media types:
- PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP, PDF
Max size:
- 10 MB per file
Preview Recovery
Recommended sequence:
- Check status.
- Restart preview.
- Reload chat page.
- Retry after startup stabilizes.
Export Recovery
- Confirm preview is running.
- Confirm project/chat context is valid.
- Re-run export after preview health recovers.
