Your first video is free. New accounts get 300 one-time welcome credits — enough for one full video — with no credit card. Planning and chat messages don't use credits, up to 20 a day. Free exports carry a Fluos watermark, and the welcome credits don't renew.

How do credits work?

Credits measure the AI work behind your videos. A typical video uses around 216 credits, so Starter (800 credits a month) covers about 3–4 videos, Pro (1,750) about 8, and Studio (4,000) about 18. Usage varies with video length and complexity: long multi-scene videos and generated media cost more, small follow-up edits cost less.

Do unused credits roll over?

Plan credits reset every month, and unused plan credits don't roll over. Boost credits are different: they never expire.

What are Boost packs?

Boost packs are one-time credit top-ups for months when you need more than your plan includes: Boost 1K (1,000 credits, $22), Boost 3K (3,000 credits, $55), and Boost 10K (10,000 credits, $170). Boost credits never expire. You need an active paid plan to buy them.

How does annual billing work?

Pay yearly and save 20%: Starter is $15.20/month ($182.40 a year), Pro is $28/month ($336 a year), and Studio is $60/month ($720 a year). You get the same monthly credits as on monthly billing, refreshed every month.

What happens when I run out of credits?

New builds pause until your plan credits reset next month. On a paid plan you can buy a Boost pack to keep going right away, or upgrade to a bigger plan. Previews, your library, and exports of existing versions keep working.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, anytime from Manage billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer plans for teams and agencies?

Yes. Enterprise is built on contracted monthly volume: Seed (75k–200k credits a month, +5% bonus credits), Growth (200k–500k, +7.5%), and Scale (500k+, +10%). List price is $0.020 per credit, billed quarterly or annually with 15% off for annual prepay. It includes SSO, team management, an account manager, and Slack and SLA support.
