Recipes
generate, edit, compose, and mix — how Fluos classifies a Video MCP job.
Pass recipe on create_video or revise_video as a hint. If you omit it, Fluos classifies from the brief and attached assets.
| Recipe | When | What Fluos does |
|---|---|---|
generate | Prompt plus optional image/video refs | MAX Build: generate clips and compose them in Hyperframes |
edit | Uploaded footage, cutdown, highlight | Edit the footage. Requires a video asset |
compose | Motion graphics, titles, brand film | Hyperframes composition |
mix | Footage + generation + titles | One job that cuts, generates, and composes |
edit without video assets returns RECIPE_REQUIRES_FOOTAGE. An empty brief returns RECIPE_REQUIRES_BRIEF.
MAX-class generation is always on for this surface. You do not toggle MAX Mode from the agent.
How to choose
- No footage, original motion —
generateor omit the recipe. - Cut existing clips — upload first, then
editwith thoseassetIds. - Titles, launch film, brand kit —
compose. - Talking-head plus generated B-roll and endcard —
mix.
The agent should not write GSAP, Hyperframes HTML, or ffmpeg. Fluos is the crew. See First video for the job loop.
