What each plan includes, how credits work, and what to do when they run out.

Free — your first video is free
New accounts get 300 one-time welcome credits — enough for one full video — with no credit card. The welcome credits never renew, and free exports carry a Fluos watermark.
Conversation does not use credits on Free: questions, brainstorming, research, storyboard revisions, and asking fluos to write a skill are free, up to 20 replies a day. Only messages that actually commission video work spend credits.
That makes the free video go further than the number suggests: spend as long as you like talking through the idea, then build something you have already agreed on.
Starter, Pro, and Studio
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves 20%.

Every paid plan includes watermark-free exports with commercial use, MAX mode, and access to Boost packs.
Plan credits reset every month and unused plan credits do not roll over. Annual plans get the same monthly credits, refreshed every month.
Workspaces and teammates
How many workspaces you can own, and whether teammates can edit in them, depends on your plan:
- Free and Starter — your personal workspace only. You can share it view-only.
- Pro — your personal workspace plus two team workspaces, where collaborators can edit.
- Studio — unlimited workspaces, with editing collaborators.
Your personal workspace is always view-only for the people you share it with. If a workspace owner moves to a lower plan, members' access adjusts automatically and nothing needs to be re-invited. See Workspaces and Collaboration.
Welcome offer
For 24 hours after you sign up, your first month of a monthly plan is discounted: Starter for $14 or Pro for $19. It is available once per account, for accounts that have never subscribed. Studio and annual plans are not included. Checkout asks you to confirm the regular price that applies after the first month.
You will see the offer on the pricing page, in the sidebar, and once after your first preview finishes playing. Cancelling works like any plan: it stops the renewal, and the paid period runs out.
Boost packs
Need more in a busy month? Boost packs add extra credits on top of your plan. Boost credits never expire, and you need an active paid plan to buy and spend them. If you move to Free, your Boost credits stay on your account and become usable again when you return to a paid plan.

Enterprise
For teams and agencies that need contracted monthly volume. List price is $0.020 per credit, billed quarterly or annually, with 15% off for annual prepay.

How credits are consumed
For the full picture — the kinds of credits, the order they are spent in, and where to see your balance — see How Credits Work. In short, credits track the work behind your videos. A typical build costs a few hundred to a few thousand credits, depending on how much fluos has to do.
The heaviest items are:
- Long, multi-scene videos — more scenes, more work
- Generated video and images under MAX mode
- High or Extra high thinking effort in the composer
- Analyzing long uploaded footage
The lightest are follow-up edits: a narrow "slow the logo reveal" costs a fraction of the original build. This is the practical argument for iterating in small steps rather than asking for full rewrites.
On paid plans, conversation replies use credits too, but far fewer than a build.
Stretching your credits
- Iterate narrowly. One change per message.
- Leave MAX off unless the video genuinely needs new generated media.
- Keep thinking effort at Medium for routine edits; save High and Extra high for hard creative problems.
- Settle direction in the storyboard before spending a build on it.
- Put standing brand rules in a snippet so you are not re-explaining them every time.
When credits run out
New builds cannot start until your plan credits reset next month. On a paid plan you can buy a Boost pack or upgrade to a bigger plan to keep going right away. Everything else — previews, exports of existing versions, the library — keeps working.
You also receive an email when your credits are exhausted, so it does not catch you mid-project.
Managing your plan
Workspace switcher → Billing & credits, then Manage billing. Owners can change plans, switch between monthly and annual billing, buy Boost packs, and cancel. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Other members can see the status but not change it.
Withdrawing a purchase
Every checkout asks you to accept the terms and to confirm you want the service to start right away. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days and receive a refund for the unused share of that purchase's credits. Each purchase confirmation email includes the terms, the withdrawal notice, and a model form. See the Terms of Service or write to ask@fluos.io.
Referrals
Refer a friend from Billing & credits and you both get 300 credits when they sign up, plus 600 more for you when they subscribe to a paid plan. Referral credits never reset and can be spent on any plan. See How Credits Work.
