This policy applies to personal information we process as a controller, except where we process data on behalf of a business customer under a separate agreement.

2. Who controls your data

For personal and self-serve accounts, fluos is generally the data controller for your personal information. For organization or team-managed accounts, your organization may act as controller for project content and workspace data, and fluos may act as processor under contract.

3. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information created through your use of the service.

  • Account information: name, email address, and authentication details.
  • Workspace and project data: prompts, scene data, project metadata, outputs, and revision history.
  • Usage data: feature interactions, performance data, diagnostics, and error logs.
  • Billing information: subscription status, plan details, and transaction metadata processed by our payment providers.
  • Device and technical data: browser type, IP address, approximate location, and device identifiers.
  • Support and communications: messages, support tickets, feedback, and survey responses.

4. How we collect information

  • Directly from you when you create an account, use features, or contact us.
  • Automatically from your device and browser when you use the Services.
  • From third parties such as authentication providers, payment providers, and integrations you enable.
  • From your organization administrator when your account is provisioned by a team or workspace owner.

7. AI and content processing

fluos processes prompts, assets, and outputs to provide generation, editing, and rendering features. We may use service data to improve quality, reliability, and safety. Where required by law or contract, we provide controls, contractual commitments, or consent mechanisms for model-improvement related processing.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and use the content you submit.

8. How we share information

We may disclose personal information to trusted recipients that help us run fluos, including cloud hosting providers, identity providers, payment processors, customer support tools, analytics vendors, and professional advisors.

  • To service providers under contract and confidentiality obligations.
  • To workspace or organization admins for managed accounts.

We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on your region, some cookie-based advertising disclosures may be considered "sharing" under local law.
