For personal and self-serve accounts, fluos is generally the data controller for your personal information. For organization or team-managed accounts, your organization may act as controller for project content and workspace data, and fluos may act as processor under contract.

• Workspace and project data: prompts, scene data, project metadata, outputs, and revision history.
• Usage data: feature interactions, performance data, diagnostics, and error logs.

fluos processes prompts, assets, and outputs to provide generation, editing, and rendering features. We may use service data to improve quality, reliability, and safety. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and use the content you submit.

We may disclose personal information to trusted recipients that help us run fluos, including cloud hosting providers, identity providers, payment processors, customer support tools, analytics vendors, and professional advisors.
