How we collect, use, and protect your information across fluos.
Last updated February 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how fluos collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, applications, APIs, workspaces, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This policy applies to personal information we process as a controller, except where we process data on behalf of a business customer under a separate agreement.
For personal and self-serve accounts, fluos is generally the data controller for your personal information. For organization or team-managed accounts, your organization may act as controller for project content and workspace data, and fluos may act as processor under contract.

We collect information you provide directly and information created through your use of the service.
Where applicable, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent.
fluos processes prompts, assets, and outputs to provide generation, editing, and rendering features. We may use service data to improve quality, reliability, and safety. Where required by law or contract, we provide controls, contractual commitments, or consent mechanisms for model-improvement related processing.
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and use the content you submit.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and account status.
When data is no longer required, we delete, aggregate, or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored in fluos.
Your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards).
To exercise these rights, contact ask@fluos.io. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
Residents of certain US states may have additional rights, including rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing for targeted advertising or data sharing. We will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.
fluos is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies before use.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy and revise the “Last updated” date.
If you have privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at ask@fluos.io.
For terms governing use of the Services, see our Terms of Service.
